Agency should review TX and FBI Criminal Histories.
SUBSCRIPTION_EVENT Applicants that have a new qualifying event in the Texas and/or FBI Criminal History. Review updated TX and FBI Criminal Histories

SUBSCRIPTION_NEW_FRB Applicants that have been enabled for FBI Rap Back. Track subscription status in Agency’s system.
Agency should review TX and FBI Criminal Histories.
SUBSCRIPTION_REJECT_FRB Applicants eligible for FRB but FRB failed to be established. Only subscriptions with an error that is > 1 week old. This will give time for DPS to resolve this issue. Records that are unable to receive an FRB subscription will fall off this worklist after 30 days.

SUBSCRIPTION_EXPIRES90 Subscriptions that will expire in 31-90 days. Agency to review if they are still legally authorized to maintain a subscription.
If yes, validate the subscription.
If no, cancel the subscription.
SUBSCRIPTION_EXPIRES30 Subscriptions that will expire in 0-30 days. Agency to review if they are still legally authorized to maintain a subscription.
If yes, validate the subscription.
If no, cancel the subscription.
SUBSCRIPTION_EXPIRED Subscriptions that have expired and are no longer active. Agency should track subscription status in Agency’s system.

APPLICANT_SUBMISSIONS New Applicant Submissions available to the agency. Review FBI Response.
APPLICANT_SUBMISSIONS_REJECT Applicants Submissions that were rejected by TX AFIS or FBI AFIS. Schedule applicant to be reprinted. If 3rd FBI Reject, agency should request a name-based search.
