Resolution requirements
The Sex Offender Training Center has been designed to run at a
screen resolution of 1024 by 768 or greater. Instructions for changing
screen resolution for Windows XP have been provided below.

Windows XP
To change your screen resolution in Windows XP, perform the following:
- Click Start from the menu.
- Then click Control Panel from the Start Menu.
- Within the Control Panel will be an option for Display. Click display.
- You should now be looking at the Display Properties page for your monitor.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Find the Screen Resolution setting scroll bar.
- The first number should be 1024 or greater. Common settings are 1024 by 768 up to 1280 by 1024.
- Click Apply. This may result in a monitor test asking if the
resolution is acceptable. If the screen does not appear correctly,
simply wait. The system will reset itself to the previous resolution
after 15 seconds.
If the resolution is acceptable, click the Yes.
- You are now ready to access the ERS Training Center!
