Notice: FACT Clearinghouse Changes
  1. Clearinghouse Status as of 8/29:
    • Majority of transmissions are processing normally.
    • A number of transmissions from 8/21 forward are currently delayed.
    • FBI Reject responses are also being investigated.
    • Some FBI Rap Back transactions are also experiencing delays.
  2. Upcoming FACT Clearinghouse Updates starting on 8/26:
    • Worklist names being updated and simplified.
    • Removal of color status radials from Worklists, Recent Applicant Submissions section, and Texas Criminal History sections.
    • Removal of HIT/NOHIT indicators from Recent Applicant Submission section, and Texas Criminal History sections.
    • Removal of CRS/CRT and FRS/FRT indicators.
