If you cannot Sign In because you forgot your User ID
or forgot your password, you can have them reset from the Sign In page.
Criminal History Searches
If you have an issue purchasing credits, email us at securesite@microassist.net or call us at 1-855-481-7071
You can view and download your Search History and view your credit usage from the 'My Account' page.
You may request a Refund for Search Credits by sending an email
to fingerprintrefunds@dps.texas.gov. A 'NO MATCHING RECORDS' response
is a valid search result and refunds will only be made for unused credits. When
contacting us by email, be sure to include detailed information including your User
ID, last digits of your credit card and date your purchase was made.
